1.Do you carry sizes greater than 13 or smaller than 8?

We mainly carry sizes 8-13 in US Men's as listed on our site and some jordan have size 14 and 15,and some have size 7,for smaller than 7,we can send your women size from 5.5 to 8.5(like women size 8 is same the men size 6).If you want a shoe in any other size, please contact us so we can place a special order. Special orders to take a bit longer to receive. Generally an additional 5-7 on top of normal shipping.

 

 

 

2.How long will it take to receive my order?

On average, it takes 24 hours for order to get process and any other 3-5 business days to  deliver  your order. Some items will arrive soon and some may arrive a little later. Please be patient. Please note that business days do not include Saturday, Sunday, and regulatory holidays.

 

 

 

3.What is the difference between Our Variant products and authentic products sold in stores?

There is almost no difference in the appearance of the products. Most people can not tell the difference between "variant" and "authentic". Our products all come brand new in box with card. Our variant products are about half the price of what you would pay in most retail stores.

 

 

 

4.Where are the shoes being shipped from?

Our shoes are shipped directly from factory outside of united states.

 

 

 

5.What happens if Customs holds my package?

 For the customs clearean , we have many methods and experieces, so you package always will safe to deliver. But if there have a exception, like your package was held at your country customs, we will attempt to let it released, if not them, we will refund the value of shoes to your next order, but the shipping fees is refundable.

 

 

6.Can I pay with my credit card?

Sorry,we can not accept credit card directly. If you want to paid with master card, etc please register western union account,and pass the payment,so i can receive the payment and send out the goods.

 

 

 

7.Do you accept checks or money orders?

No,we are sorry,we can not accept check or money orders.

 

 

 

8.What if I don't have  account?

You also can place an order without an account, please fill in all full information, then we will give you email.

 

 

 

9.What if I don't receive my order within the promised time period?

PLEASE EMAIL US! We are not here to steal anyone's money. Items are usually sent out the next day and don't usually take the full amount of time we promise. Also keep in mind that mail might take a few extra time around any major holidays. If you haven't received your item within 7-20 business days please make sure you e-mail our customer support team so we can straighten out the issue immediately.

 

 

 

10.How much is shipping?

Shipping is Free, this includes all areas and tracking when available.

 

 

 

11.Do I send the payment in first or pay with COD?

We do not accept COD. your order will not be processed until we receive your payment.

 

 

 

12.Do you have half sizes or could you put in a custom order for larger/smaller sizes?

Please select the available size, then enter the size you need in the notes section of the checkout process.

 

 

 

13.Do you have this style or color?

Unfortunately All of our sizes, colors, and or styles ariants we have available are all listed on the site, however please make sure you check back as we are always receiving new merchandise.

 

 

 

14.Are the Products fake?

The Products we carry on are replicas of the original brand and are in brand new, dead stock condition. Our manufacturers uphold the highest standards in Products's replicas; therefore, we are able to supply the best replicas on the market at the lowest price.

 

 

 

15.Will I receive the product in the photo?

Yes, although the product may vary slightly from the photo.

 

 

 

16.Do your shoes run small?

No. Please select the regular size you normally wear. Our suppliers are trained to inspect all shoes for size and quality prior to shipment.

 

 

 

17.I didn't receive my invoice or other emails?

A lot of the time ISP's and email providers mark messages as spam on accident. What you'll need to do is check your spam folder, to see if our messages are in fact being marked as spam, if so simply mark it as otherwise as to keep it from happening in the future. You may also need to add our domain name to a safe/white list.
