We are, therefore dedicated to following through with our service until full customer satisfaction is achieved. We understand that each client's needs are unique, so we are ready to deal with any problem that arises.

We accept returns for exchange or refund for the following reasons:
1. Shipping Errors
2. Damaged Goods
3. Quality Problems

Returned item(s) must be postmarked within 21 days of receipt; except jewelry which must be postmarked within 10 days of receipt. Items must be unused, unaltered, in new and unworn condition with no unpleasant orders. Products which have been modified or abused will not be accepted for refunds. Tags and labels must still be attached with no sign of removal, and the original packaging materials must be included. Footwear must include original shoe box in its original condition without postal labels. Damages to or omission of this box will result in a 15% fee. If you should receive a defective item, you must notify us within three days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return.
